Email form "Check word" not working

I've run into an issue with the email form in X5 Evolution 10.1.4.45 that I hope someone can help me with. When a user enters the correct "Check word" X5 returns the message "The inserted check word is not correct!" even when it is!? I hope someone has an idea about this.

Test ok from juag, 1x email send - http://midsouthmc.org/email-confirmation.html
The Cache of the Browser make this after upload, clear the cache or press 3- 5 time F5 for renew the cache.

The issue with the email form is NOT at midsouthmc.org but at http://cofchristknoxville.org/contact-us.html . Even when you enter the correct "Check word" X5 tells you that it is not correct. Ideas??

Noproblemssendane-mail.
Clear the cachein the browseror bycircular arrow(or pressF5)multiple to renew thepage in the cache,then it goes!
Make sure thatCaps Lockisnot pressed!
