Hello Annie,
Yes in Version 10 there is the support to PHP4 but we reccomend to use an updated Version of PHP because Version 4 is not updated since many times and it can have security issues.

Oh I am sorry, I mean is it compatible with the most recent version php 5.4
My Host will update to 5.4 so I would like to make sure the sites created with V10 ( not the professional version ) will have no issues with this most recent version of PHP.
