Why have you not been back to the X5er that has Win 7 Pro it's been 3 weeks now..... Since you went on her computer to say yes you know what the problem is!!

We just sent her this text by email:
We released today a BETA update that lets us create a licence file to unlock these users.
1) From the installation folder, run the imRegister.exe and complete the registration.
2) ATTENTION!! When you complete the registration process DO NOT click on the START button, simply CLOSE the imRegister by clicking the X button. If you click the START button, then WSX5 will be started and the license file will be deleted.
3) From the installation folder, run the imUpdate.exe and complete the installation of the updated files.
4) After you installed the 9.0.4.1757 version, run WSX5.
5) This will surely cause the imRegister to run again!! We just need this test in order to obtain from you the new log file "wsx5lic.log" we added. This file is present into the installation folder, please attach it here.

This problem has been experienced by a very small part of our customers, we are trying to let these users activate the software by themselves.
