Why are uploaded images larger than on my PC? I'm in the process of trying to reduce all the image sizes on my camera club website to under 100kB to improve page loading speeds. However, after resizing them and uploading, the image file size on the website is always much larger, e.g., the picture on the home page is 92kB on my PC but 158kB on the website. Thanks, Ron

if you put them in gallery, make sure your not adding any effect to it, also check the setting for size inside image gallery object, and make sure its not bigger than your original picture!
