How do I edit the wrong login page?

I am using Website X5 Evolution 10.1.6.49. I have some password-protected pages.
When a wrong username or password is entered into a login page, the user is taken into another page, the contents of which are shown in the file attachment.
What I want to know is, how do I edit this page? There is a "register" button there which I want removed.

you can remove that in v10 pro version and not in v10 evo.
you can edit your usernames/passwords on step4, access managment, then select your desire user and hit edit button.
after that upload your website again.
