I am using the guest book feature.  When I get the email message that a comment exists and to click on the link to approve .. here is the exact message it get:

A new comment was added to the article "Testimonials":

Name: bil
E-mail: ***
Internet website:
Vote: 4/5
Message: sunday

Once I click on this I enter this info (which is what is set up on the user setting in webstix5 v10.  I get the screen that is attached.

I have tried chaning the login and password and get the same thing.
