I tried to do the program update, but the software said it failed because I was not registered yet. HOW WOULD IT KNOW? It didn't ask for any registration information prior to the update attempt. And yes, I AM registered. This i an auspicious start.

when you buy the x5, they will ask for your email address.
you need to use same email address to register here in this forum. in that case program creates a link automaticlly from your software to Incomedia database.
people who find and use pirate version, are not allow to update/ use the software.
