Attempting to set up an email form with captcha in a website. When I preview and enter data including the captcha text I continually get the message "The inserted check word is not correct." Any clues please? X5 V10 / Win 8.1 I have searched other posts, but no response that gives any clue.

I am commenting upon "preview" in the development stage.
I understand that an email in the test or preview option is not sent, but do not understand why or how the message "The inserted check word is not correct." is delivered, when the captcha code is correctly entered.?
