btw you have v9 and not v5

No that did not work

I am using WebSite X5 Evolution V9 & when I click on preview the template is not visible only the text.

I need a fix urgent all was ok days ago??

did you delete any of the images that you used for your custom template? make sure they are all in their original place (drive,folder, and same filename as past).

No did not delete any images

if i start a new site then go to preview same problem wont show templates only text??

make a full backup of your projects (save your projects inside another drive), uninstall the program, restart your computer and install it again. make sure you download the latest version of your x5 program from your profile here in this website. go to your profile (drop down menu at the top, next to the flag) and choose download.

do you have Dreamweaver 8 installed on your computer with Internet Explorer 10?

If yes then I would suggest you to uninstall Dreamweaver 8 and install a more updated version since this Version causes an issue with IE 10 and makes impossible to preview the websites correctly.
