Videos youtube not playing under win 8.1

Since I installed the program website x5 10 Pro on a Windows 8.1, The build in browser does not play Videos from YouTube. It did before under Windows XP Why doesn't it play HTML5 videos???

I did install Adobe flasplayer other browsers Version 13 and still got the same problem
please see the attachment
install chrome and download flash addon for your chrome, see if that fix your problem.
