Site language in meta tag

Hi,
Just Checking the html code for the site it indicates the language is en-GB
<!DOCTYPE html><!-- HTML5 --> <html lang="en-GB" dir="ltr"> <head> <title>Metal Wall Art Decor - Metal Wall Sculpture - Gurtan</title> <meta charset="utf-8" />
Is there any way to change it to en-US? I couldn find it because there is only one selection for EN.
Again, I am concerned about the possible SEO issue here, targeted country.
