Try to set in step 4 -> datamanagement a lower email script.

Update (uploed) your site again, refresh when visiting with your browser by using ctrl-F5.

Then check again to see if it works. I think it's a PHP compatibility prolblem.

the solution doesn't help

maybe it important but the form doesn't send to the mail, i send it to the database on mysql

additionally i think it hapen before the form is going in to the server, it look like a problem with a javascript and not PHP code.

if there a no one who have a solution to the problem, I ask to fix this problem in one of the next versions of the program.

go in http://www.calpsakdin.com/admin in the tab "test" and try to sedn a email with the 3 different type, when you check the correct script you can select it in the step 4 in "data management" in script for sending email.

i tested 3 different type and all emails was with a correct script and i accept all email

I still do not understand, my form does not sending by mail, it sending to the mysql database so why we speak about sending email ?
