Blank screen whwn open websitex5

when i open websitex5 evo10 my screen gone blank about 3 to 5 second, then after i click start button my screen gone blank about 3 to 5 second again, then when i open a project screen gone blank again after that eveything okay, but sometimes if i preview application crash ( sometimes )
any idea what happend?, cause never get blank screen with another application

Hello Rudi,
check if in your project are external script of manually code that can interfere. stat the program with right click and select "start as administrator".
also you can test with a new project.

when i try to open with right click and select start as administrator error message appear with title
"Website X5 Register"
"Websitex5 register has encounter a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenince"
then second error window appear with title
"Incomedia website X5 Evolution"
Incomedia Website X5 Evolition has encountered a problem need to close. we sorry for inconvenience"

i try to test with the new project, and black screen still happen

Hello Rudi,
uninstall the program and download the software by your download page of your profile, try to disable antivirus and install WebSite X5 and stat the program with right click and select "run as administrator".
