Is there a way to make my free gifts/products accessible only after people have entered their details? So basically they cant just copy and paste the download link page to elsewhere?

You need to create a management access from advanced settings; once you have done this first operation, you need to make protected the interested pages with the free gifts; each user must register in advance to have access.
