Saving issue Evolut10n

Hi,
we are experiencing an annoying saving issue in Evolut10n. We have created a webshop like section in the website that is built up out of individuel text items. We change this content a lot: adding new articles and changing the status of existing articles.
If we don't save every action we do individually, the software does not save them. Every text change, every uploaded image needs to be saved when the action is taken. If we forget, the action is not saved and not published.
Sometimes a text-change save results in the software re-saving the complete project which takes 10 to 20 minutes or results in the software stalling.
Is there anything we can do to solve this? It is very time consuming and annoying.

Does the same issue happens also on other projects or only on this one?
As first I would suggest you to update the program to the latest release.
Can you please check if it has been set to save everytime you open the preview?
You need to click in the small triangle near the save button and then select "save at every preview".

Hi Claudio,
I checked and the save button is set to the right specs. I've updated the software to the latest version and de-installed version 9 (just in case that was causing confusion).
However, the software is now stuck in the "authenticate" phase of the export. It's been stuck there for several minutes. I've restarted the software and rebooted the computer, but it keeps getting stuck on "authenticate". I'm going to let it run now, but I don't think it'll get past this phase, which is why I'm sending this message.
I would much appreciate a reply today. The project that is causing all this trouble is on my father's PC. We don't live near each other, but this weekend I'm visiting him. It would be great if I could fix the issues this weekend.

Incomedia is er niet in de weekenden, probeer eens je virusscanner / firewall uit te zetten.
En kijk of dit je authenticate oplost, vaak is dit een communicatie probleem met je webserver. (login naam juist password juist ftp adres juist? let hier ook op grote en kleine letters.....

Zorg ook dat je ok drukt met saven en check je website na uploaden met ctrl-f5 anders wordt er data van je pc geheugen gehaald en zie je de aanpassingen niet. Dit kun je ook af en toe met preview doen, als het bv niet gewerkt heeft maar dat duurd dan wel langer voordat je preview op je scherm is. dan doe je dus ctrl indrukken en preview button in x5.
Dit lijkt me de meest voor de hand liggende oorzaak.

Dank voor je reactie. In dit geval (authenticatie) is het een grote storing bij Mijndomein.nl.
Voor wat betreft het opslaan, het lijkt of de de-installatie van de eerdere versie geholpen heeft. Alle tips die je noemt worden al toegepast. We wachten even af of het nu opgelost is.
Claudio, regarding my earlier message (stuck in authentification): the hosting party is having major issues. As far as the saving issue, deinstalling the older version might have been the solution. I'll let you know.
