Guestbook spam

I had a lot of viagra spam in my guestbook so I removed my guestbook.
But I still get the spam.How is that possible.I don't have a guestbook anymore.
How can I solve this?

...if you removed your guestbook, were is the place were you receive these spams?
...maybe your email address? I think is almost impossible to avoid this nuisance...

In this case you need to delete the website online on the hosting server and then upload the complete project online since probably some files of the guestbook are still online.
Once done the guestbook will be also removed from the hosting space and you will not receive these email anymore.
