I recently purchased Professional 11. In online gallery, I see lots of images for download. Kindly tell me if I can use all these images in commercial websites for my clients? Is it royaltyfree?

Accordingly, vector images can be always used in all circumstances without any royalty or copyright issues. Is it so?

The images provided by pixabay are released under Creative Commons CC0 and the use you can make of these is explained on the page Paul linked you. For a more precise information on how the vector images can be used I would suggest to ask directly pixabay. you can write your question in the comments on the linked page where pixabay will give you a precise answers about it. Specify the use you want to make so they will be able to tell you if this is possible or not with the image provided by their service.
