How do I make a menu item go directly to another website?

I would like to make a menu item go directly from my that selection to another webiste. I think it should be done in expert, but I am in no way: an expert. Please give me any help that you can in doing this.

The key to doing this is to use 'Levels' instead of 'Pages' in Step 2 Sitemap Creation.
Insert a new 'Level' in the sitemap - there is a button on the right-hand side of the sitemap screen marked 'New Level'. You can use the arrow keys on the right-hand side of the screen to move levels up and down if required until you get them in the right order.
Then select/highlight the 'Level' which you wish to convert into a web link, by clicking on it just once. Having done that, click on the 'Properties' button on the right-hand side of the screen. In the new window which opens select 'File or URL' from the drop-down menu entitled 'Settings'. Add the URL you wish to link to in the field marked 'Internet File'
