Multi Search Function

When building an advertising site it sometimes is required that the search function allows for more than one search item at a time.
You can run a search on a car and search for a specific make of car from a specific year and a specific model and color.
Can one setup such a search function in webx5.

No, unfortunately that sort of advanced search functionality is not present as standard in WebSite X5.
WebSite X5 does allow for adding your own custom PHP code to a project, which would enable you to query a database in this way. However, the process would require a considerable working knowledge of PHP and whichever database engine you choose to use.
Incomedia, understandably, cannot offer support in the use of custom code within a project, but you may be able to find further information via a Google search on "PHP database query".
