Hello Carol,
Your video is in Windows Media format, which is not widely supported in browsers and mobile devices. This is why your browser is prompting you to install a 'plugin', so that the video can be rendered. However, this is not a user friendly solution, as each different visitor to your website would need to either have support for Windows Media, or install the plugin.
The best option by far when uploading videos to the internet is to ensure that the video file is in MP4 format.
You can read more about video compatibility issues in the WebSite X5 help file.
I have converted your video for you, and for a limited time you will be able to download it at the following URL:
http://www.filedropper.com/permanent-video
Once downloaded, delete your existing Video Object in your X5 project, and insert a new Video Object with the converted video as the source. Then reupload your project to the net.
You should then be able to view the video without any annoying browser prompts
Kind regards,
Paul
