Importing Ver 10 project in to Ver 11 - Image problem

I'm trying to import my Ver 10 project into Ver 11. I followed the import document instructions but the imported file has 'Image creation error' message in all the graphic boxes.
Other than re-defing everyone, am I missing something about import?
PS
There's a possible answer to this problem from another user under "Image Generation Error" but when I click on it, it doesn't display.

I have now managed to read the post 'Image Generation Error' my problem was the same and this has solved the problem, thank you Kurt.
