Split my blog post in two categories visible in menu

hi :) i have a site ( www.ennamakeup.com ) with a blog. when i post into it , i choose if my post is a review or a tutorial. now i'd like to have other two different button in menu , "review" and 'tutorial" i i'd like to display thepost in one of these two categories when i post it. but all this should be visible in menu not like now. is this possible? can someone link me a tutorial or give me help? like two "underblogs" in one. :) thanks

Hello Elena,
You will need to use the level in step 2 to add these buttons and then you will need to copy the link of each category and for each level open the properties in step 2 and enter the URL to show the desired category.
