Customising payment methods

I need to have one shopping cart page giving payment options of Bank transfer and Paypal, and another shopping cart page with ONLY Bank transfer.
I can only set the payment methids globally though - if i delete the Paypal line from the page I don't want it show it as an optionn, it also deletes it from the other page too. I've tried putting each shopping cart item in a seperate category but this doesn't help.
Is it possible to do this?

there is only 1 check out with global setting, so the answer is no, you can not separate the payment method based on the product or category.
