I'm trying to make online payment possible on my website using a payment provider (https://www.sisow.nl/algemeen/implementatie). they don't exactly provide a plugin for this shopping cart (i think) so I'm kinda stuck

I checked their website, I dont think so, since they offer managed gateway.
I dont see the need! for example if you are going to use paypal, why do you need them to be between you and paypal? you can work with paypal without middle man.
