Lost all my projects day after I refreshed one of them

I have Windows 7 website evolution10. Worked on one of my projects updating it. Next day all my projects are missing.... blank white screen for projects already started. Why did they get deleted..... and where can I find them. No issues with either website 10 or windows in the last day!
