Will not show the changes I make after saving

I am having trouble when I do any editing like trying to correct a spelling mistake It shows the same all the time, no changes made will show.
I do upload it to the site every time, but nothing will change.
Is there something I need to do before saving?
I am using WebSite X5 v11 - Evolution.
Can you help please.

Hello Erik,
In the preview does it appears corrected?
If yes once uploaded in the browser press CTRL + F5 to refresh the loading by avoiding to load the cached versions so you will see the updated content.
