Did you set in the attachment field the .jpg as allowed extension?

On some hosting it is necessary to declare all allowed extension which can be uploaded.

in the field below of Attachment file you need to enter the allowed extensions directly:

As example enter following:

jpg

If you want to allow also other formats add also these extensions as example jpg and zip files enter:

jpg, zip
