Google favor responsive sites on mobile devices
Starting April 21st, Google will begin favoring responsive sites over ones that require 'pinch & zoom' to use on mobile.

Yes Darryl they are, but you can create a site that is mobile friendly with x5, please use the search here in Answers, there are many topics and Incomedia is working on it.
