In short search the folder with your iwprj file in it, set it in the preferences screen (you see a button for it in the first start up screen of x5)

Then make a backup in step 5.

Set your preference locaction back (if you have moer projects else it does not matter)

Then import the exported file, this way everything should be there.

If you don't have these files then you need to start over again. It's not possible to create a project from a website. You can offcource use data like pictures and texts from internet to copy so you don't need to write everything again, but thats about it.

So sorry no better news then to start over. Unesacery to say that a backup from time to time, espacially after big chances, is mandatory, make it in step5 export project, set it on a different medium then your working pc (usb stick for instance)
