Problem in Ordering Step 2 - no back and forward buttons

In two of our websites, customers can not see the back and forward buttons, so they can not order anything. (see screenshot) www.feuerwerkcd.de
I already removed the whole websitecontent from the server, I deleted the localy saved webste before, I did export the website newly to my harddisk and uploaded it. Nothing changed.
My previewpage in WebsiteX5 version 11 (updated) shows the same problem.
Does somebody knows the problem?

I workt all evening at this problem and suddenly the problem is gone now.

Meanwhile the problem on fireworkscd.com is vanished. Does someone know this problem and how it occures?
Is it sabotage on my website or is there an other way to damage some files on the server to make this problem visible?
I dont have any problems on above sites.
