I had a new hard drive installed and need to reinstall version 8.0.16.
I have downloaded version 8 but when I try to install it I get as far as the registration. I have the unlock key. But when I type in my unlock key I get the message that I have to register online. That's no help either. I go to "My licences" and there's a box: "Add license" I have tried to enter my unlock code but nothing seems to help.
How (where) do I get a new license code, please?

thank you for contacting us.
If you wish to install again, please download the latest version of your program from the ''download'' section then add your licence key (you will find it in your ''my licence'' section) and repeat the same procedure you followed the first time: add these details and register with the same email address.
If you can not find your new unlock code, please give me your new computer code and I will create it for you.
