From right to left and Farsi Langauge

I want to write from right to left and in Farsi. In WebsiteX5 Answers I could not find any correct way. I am using WebsiteX5 EVO 11. I saw that I need UTF-8 instead of ISO-8859-1. Where can I change it.
Also in Weblanguage of creating a website through WebsiteX5 I can not find the Farsi or Arabic language.
Better if I can find some small template.

WebSite X5 uses UTF-8 as encoding and you can normally write in Farsi since it will be shown correctly.
For the language you will need to create the language manually by clicking the button to add a new language and then to translate the content. If you select English and then you click to create a new language this will make a copy of it so it will be easier to translate it.
