Options dissapear in shopping cart  en

Hello, I am using Website X5 evolut10n and recently noticed that if I create 2 (or more) options (in shopping cart) for single item the option 1 will not appear in order confirmation email unless customer selects option 2. But, if he selects option 2 then changes his mind and selects option 1 again it will show. Neither I could see what he selected when receive the order confirmation and I need to call/email my customer asking what he selected. It happend not long ago, before it was working.Please help.

Did you change recently something on your website?

Have you tried to export it again online to see if then it works correctly?

Hello, I always export my website to internet to see how it works in real so this is what I get. The problem doesn't go away even if I upload it again and again. My website www.gencontrol.co.uk

Hello Viktar,

I made the test order 150720-DP53 where I selected the same product like in the screenshot and I didn't change the options but I left the first and it appeared in step 3 and in the email I received.

Did you receive it with the options visible?
