I would like to know if it could be possible to make the layout for 'Monthly Posts' flexible, so we can change it according to our preferred text and more in keeping with our own countries norm.

For example, in my case, I would like to change it so instead of the list reading:

07/2015

06/2015

05/2015   etc

Reads:

July'15  or July 2015 or July/2015

June'16

May'16  etc
