Making my site mobile friendly

Hello, looking at my google scores and with advice from my web agency, my site physiot.co.uk, appears to be mobile unfriendly... :-(
I though website X5 made it automatically friendly, but appears not to be the case, OR i havent selected something that needs to be done to allow it to be.
How / what therefore do I need to do to make it mobile friendly and improve those scores?

Hello Chris,
The google score refers on if it the website visualized on mobile devices. It is correctly shown on mobile devices but it is not responsive.
To have a mobile version of the website you can make a copy of the project and then use the mobile templates in the Template Gallery to creating your mobile friendly website.
