Error while exporting website

My website has not loaded correctly and now when i try to reload it i get the message 'Error in Folder creation, please try later'.

Any help to resolve this would be very much appreciated!

Hello Valerie,
I have had a look at your site and am 99% certain that your web host is at fault in this instance.
Have you recently moved to iomart hosting (http://www.iomart.com/), or have you made any changes to the configuration of your web server?
You are currently hosted on a Windows server... may I ask if there is any particular reason for this? Did you specifically request this?
If not, I recommend that you ask iomart to put you on a Linux hosting package and then try uploading your WebSite X5 project again.
At the very least please request that they look closely at the configuration of your web server because it almost certainly has functional 'issues' at present.
