Hello. Some templates have a tag of FREE and some have not. I did chose one not free and it installed without showing a price or asking for money. Is it free or not? My credit is 0.

It is possible that you had a credit balance before installing the template. Incomedia has in the past sometimes donated free credits to user accounts.
If not then the template must have been genuinely free: it would not have installed otherwise.
