Have you checked the link settings in Step 1 General Settings > Template Style > Text Style > Page Item?  That the colours and underline settings are as you would like?

Does the problem remain if you hold down the CTRL key and enter the Preview mode, then re-export your project files to the server in Step 5?

If so, then can you please post a URL to your website?

Tick the box marked 'Include the robots.txt' file in Step 4 Advanced Settings > Statistics, SEO and Code (circled in the screenshot attached).
