How make bilingual web site...

I try to make bilingual web site. So according to video on youtube, I created 2 copies, I translated it, I created 2 folders for each language web but it doesn´t work... I don´t know what else I must do. Can you write me the instructions step by step ? ... Thank you

I think you forget to set the projects in different folders on your host.
If you do this then set the flags to the new folders with correct language.
Remeber, If you have 3 langauges and need to change something, then you need to do this on 3 projects -> 3 different folders for uoloading.

Thank you... I tried it but still doesnt work I didn´t see the flags, nothing.

So I did it... only one problem is, that on my basic website doesn´t appear the flags for changing the languages. On my english and italian version there are, but onmy czech version not... why ? why ? why ? :D :D :D In a preview there are, but when I put the site online, there aren´t...
Try for that project to use the ctrl key and then click preview, this takes loading a little longer.
Then upload to the correct language website/folder.
Goto the site and press ctrl-F5 in your browser.
Hopefully the flags are there ....
