Every time I try to use custom code the Program Crashes (x5 12 pro)

I have been trying to use some custom code in order to be able to use sliders on the main page, I was trying to use some simple ones but no luck so far:
http://www.skitter-slider.net/ (this causes an error with the hamburguer menu)
These and many others cause the program to crash when closing the preview:

They crash at the point when the .js is executed.

Hi Luis.
It is most probably an issue with what is being written inside the HTML Object.
As for this, we cannot offer support, but you might wait for other members of the community to help you out with it.
I suggest you start by writing out the content of at least one of those scripts for users to analyse
