try use this software to build an online food oder, for restaurant delivery food, so this is USA, delivery drive make tips, is there any way I can pre set percentage tips, for customer choice when they checkout order? I saw that we can set tax charge, but I can not set tips charge, can we setup the tips? also see attachment picture,thanks

At the moment, this result is not achievable through the software.
You cannot add a field for custom insertion to ask the user to tip/donate a certain unspecified amount.
I suggest you either add the tip cost to the products already and notify the customer of that, or open a new "Idea" topic, suggesting the new feature.
