Home page is not updating and other pages aren't working properly.

I have Website X5 Evolution 11 and while using it I faced some problems, which I hope you will help me to solve:
1. I'm trying to upload more reviews (as text areas) to my homepage (eng) and after uploading the website to the internet I don't see those changes.

I can only see them, when I click on the home page button after entering the website

And when I do exactly the same procedure to the homepages in german and dutch, reviews are appearing online immediately after upload.
2. Very often I get an error that the program doesn't see some images. Instead of the image I see the text that the picture can't be found/displayed. Then I have to reupload them again. And it happens random on different pages.
3. In my galleries (for example fashion/portrait) the images don't show up in the order they supposed to be. Usually after showing 2 or 3 images it jumps back to the beginning.

4. Website is running pretty slow. It takes sometimes almost a minute to open some pages. Although all the uploaded images are resized for web.
5. My portrait page sometimes isn't loading.

Are you sure you uploaded to the correct website server (ftp server) with your host ??

Try after upgrading your website to use the F5 key in your browser, to update your computer cash memory to the latest information

-> Try to refresh your pc if this happens by using the ctrl-key together with the preview (takes a bit longer to load) then upload, that should help.

-> It went fast on my pc, but it's a new one. firewall and internet connection may also have something to do with it, is there a special page or all ?
