Have made no changes to my exporting details, keep receiving the following errors;

Pop Up; Connection error: it is not possible the complete the operation [FTP_GetCurrentDirectory]

I hit OK and it proceeds to the next export page and in red it reads; Info: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. ---> over and and over.

Please help!
