However, upon entering the email address I'm registerd with at this site, it returns a 304 Activation Error, offer expired. My guess is that someone forgot to coordinate the timing, because your site - this page - shows "Account pending approval," which I assume means it's not in the system yet, so installation can't recognize it. Looking at the Download Crew page for your offer, a number of people have run into this.
