I am using both website builders. Some features are good in Webacappella & some in websitex5. I want to start project (basic website) in webacappella & add advanced features through websitex5. Is it possible?

No, that is not possible... WebSite X5 is an HTML/CSS generator which uses its own proprietary files and file formats.

As an idea and inspiration for daredevils:
If you are keen to experiment, you can use the basic site in the root directory. And in a subdirectory website with WX5 use. Thereafter, the two separate projects with clever linking and adapting the templates on large approximation in appearance to merge.
But there are always two different projects.
