Unfortunately I'm not privy to that information, as any private thread remains confidential between yourself and Incomedia support.  I did flag the thread for review by the support staff prior to you setting it to 'Private'.  Be aware that typical response times are 24/48 hours from the date of last post, so don't 'bump' the thread in the meantime, else it will get pushed further down the queue.
