Hi,

Try this to see if it helps.

In step 2 Map Creation, select your home page & click properties. In the general tab look at the bottom where it says file name & make sure it says index. Then click on expert tab and look at the top left where it says file name format & make sure it is set to html.

Then try to preview & see if that works.
