Hello, I have a similar problem as Irena (https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/post/142581).
Yesterday I bought websitex5 evolution 12th I have my hosting and domain name all new.

Unfortunately, when the fifth step when you want to send data to the hosting system reports
error (Print Screen Annex) I am a beginner and do not know where the error is.
It's filled with everything alright?
Thank you for your help on how to export data to my hosting that everything worked as it should.

Check with your hosting the settings, changes are that one of the three is wrong.
ftp adress, or user name or login.
If these are correct then it will work.
I assume your hosting grant acces through FTP, but this will also be given to you by them.
(most providers use ftp)
