File open dialog doesn't show me a preview of pictures

Whenever I want to open a picture, the file-open-dialog window doesn't show me a preview of the pictures. All I get is white or at some settings a black rectangle.
The windows file manager works as expected.

What should I do?

Today it seems to work well. So it depends on the mood of the software?
I don't want to mark this as solved by now... let's wait & see...
Hello Juergen,
The program uses the windows function to show the files so probably a windows component didn't load correctly like as example the .NET Framework.
It it should happen again try to repair the .NET Frameworks and then check it again.
