I am unable to view the Poll Object, only the question is shown, no answers or chart. How can I get it to display correctly?

Are you sure your database is correct ? This is needed to store these items to create the chart. Ckeck the correct spelling and adress of the databse.
Check your test panel, goto the admin page - just type /admin behind your website adress - login with the loginname and password in x5 step 4 acces management, do the test and see if there are issues.
But my best guess is the database.

Ok, I am a little lost on databases. My host is godaddy.com and I went into cPanel and created a new database. I entered the IP address for the Host Name, is that correct?
Also, I am not sure where to find the info for the "Writing Access Folder", can you tell me where to find that info?
I have attached the Data Management page.

your folder for writing acces is just a name for a folder, something like "data" or guestbkdata"or any other name just enter it in x5 without the "" .
the hostname could be: localhost (it is like that with my provider)
Your writing acces folder is more for a guestbook,it's not needed for the poll.
writing acces to that folder (MOD 777) is set also in your control panel. But again not needed for the poll.
